Shipping details
Postage costs are added at the checkout and are calculated by the weight of your order. Orders will be processed the same day or next working day wherever possible and shipped using Royal Mail or Parcel Force (unless alternative delivery schedules are indicated on the items description. e.g. Manufactured to order items). Although deliveries are usually made within 1-4 days please allow up to 10 days for UK delivery and 14 days for European or International deliveries.
If your delivery exceeds 30kgs NO delivery charge will be shown at checkout and a you will need to contact us to arrange and pay for your delivery via alternative couriers. The Entertainment Store cannot be held responsible for none delivery of goods by the carrier after being dispatched from our shop. This includes damage in transit; strike action and any other carrier fault out of our control. Please make sure you order your products in good time especially at holiday times i.e. Halloween and Christmas.

Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed by forces outside of our reasonable control including without limitation acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock out, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's work force), or restraints or delays affecting carriers; we will e-mail you within 7 working days to inform you of the delay.
