Terms and Conditions
The Entertainment Store is a specialist online entertainment shop supplying entertainment costumes, equipment and supplies throughout the UK and Europe. Purchasing
Purchasing from the Entertainment Store could not be easier. Simply browse our on-line catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the Checkout button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We can accept payments by all major credit or debit cards online via PayPal, payments by cheque or postal order via post - payable to: Entertainments Store, or by Bank Transfer into our UK Bank Account - please call for details on Tel UK (0)1928 724333 10am-6pm GMT Mon – Fri.

If you are paying by credit or debit card your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Customers paying by Bank Transfer or Company/Personal Cheque in any currency other than GBP will be charged a £12.00 bank transaction fee for this service.

All purchases are subject to availability and must be paid for before being despatched.

Back orders
We do not take back Orders. If your item is not in stock and cannot be supplied within the allocated time we will contact you to cancel your order.

Tax Charges
VAT will be charged at the UK current rate of 17.5% and will be added to the displayed prices at checkout.

Customers from the E.C. member states will be charged UK VAT unless they are ordering from a business registered for VAT within the E.E.C and the order is placed by mail or fax on company stationery clearly stating thier registered VAT number (a copy of your certificate of VAT registration may be required for your first order).

If you are outside the European Community you do not pay the UK current VAT rate.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card and debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption.

Availability
All goods offered are subject to availability and the Entertainment Store reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. Occasionally we will sell out of an item of stock and may receive orders before we can update the website. If you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item if we are not able to supply the item within the allocated time.

Our Guarantee
We offer an exchange like for like policy on all products that are damaged or faulty. Goods may be returned within 7 days from when they were received for exchange. The Entertainment Store will refund any postage costs that may occur when returning damaged or faulty goods only and not returns due to wrong sizing or that are unsuitable. Any items received back after the 14 days will be known as "goods in dispute" and will be sent back to the purchaser without refund or exchange.

We use suppliers images on our website to display our products, although these images depict the products to their best we cannot be held responsible for slight differences in colours to the products due to different screen resolutions or the look of the products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7-days after you receive the goods (with exception of bespoke items or designs that are created to your request). This period starts the following day after receiving the goods. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability, unless the Entertainment Store are at fault or the order is damaged or faulty then we will refund the return postage costs. (All goods are checked before despatch). Please obtain a proof and price of postage from your Postal Service provider when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. You may return by a recorded delivery if you wish, however the Entertainment Store will not pay for this extra cost. When returning goods for a refund we will only refund the cost of the item(s) and not postage costs charged when purchasing the item(s), unless the Entertainment Store or the goods are at fault.

All goods returned must be kept in original conditions i.e. not worn, have all packaging in tact. Products used or damaged in any way will be refused a refund; this includes items smelling of smoke, stretching, damaged packaging or any other damage deemed so by the Entertainment Store. We will examine all goods upon receipt and give a refund only if our returns criteria are met. If an exchange is not required a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods only (unless faulty or damaged). Faulty products will be replaced with the same product if available or refunded if the product is unavailable. Wrong Size products will be replaced with the same product in an alternative size if available or refunded if the product is unavailable. Any goods returned outside of our Returns Policy date will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. If a refund is made, it will be done by the same method you used to pay the original transaction.
